The Monthly Business Meeting will occur on June 3rd, 2005.
The weather should be good to throw something on the Bar-b-que. What will you bring?
The Monthly Business Meeting will not occur due to Fairtime.
Why not take the time we're closed during the 4th to go see some of the other exhibits?
The Monthly Business Meeting for August 5th will be replaced with the usual potluck 'We survived the Fair' celebration.
Remember, the Potluck is open to your family, too!
Sign up sheets are posted on the snack fridge.

From the HO Trainmaster:
Hi,
It is with great pride that I tell you that at 3:30 on the 29th of May,
the first powered train traversed the new interurban. Wayne reports
that all the electrical including the modifications to the interurban
panel are complete. I know they have a little more to do on the
scenery but please join me in thanking Paul, Carl, Bob J. and Wayne for
a job well done.
From the O Scale Trainmaster:
Hey gang-
On June 11th, I'd like to spruce-up the layout for the Fair, with particular attention to spiderwebs and dusting. I also hope to flush out any last gremlins and hold a brief refresher class on the operation of our layout for interested HO members. That way if we cannot man all shifts for the fair, there will still be some motion on the O-scale side.
I still hope to get some sort of lockable storage built, and we will need to invest some time in the swamp cooler situation. We'll have a better feel for what will be needed after the business meeting, but it's likely to involve some carpentry and some heavy lifting, so we'll need bodies.
I should have sign-up sheets out this week for all fair shifts. If you cannot make it in to sign up, please call or e-mail me with your availibility and I'll update the sheets.
Here we go again-
