Last summer, as part of the 2004 National Narrow Guage Convention, this little standard gauge Baldwin 0-4-2 visited Ardenwood Farm. She pulled an hourly railfan special, to the delight of everyone but the Ardenwood draft horses, who were expected to stand still while a smelly, hissing, clanking monster passed them on the next track. The draft horses suffered the repeated indignity with sullen good grace. They did cadge as many 'sympathy' snacks and pats as the traffic would bear, however.
