The Alameda County Central Railroad Society

is a model railroad club.
We maintain two layouts (HO and O scale) at the Alameda County Fairgrounds in Pleasanton, California.
We meet most Fridays from about 6:30 pm to 9:00pm.
You're welcome to stop by for a visit anytime we're open.

In the mean time, here is a sampler of coming attractions.
None of these pages are complete yet, so don't dispair.

Easter eggs are little 'in' jokes we've added to our layouts.
The HO scale layout virtual tour is a photo-intensive overview of what we've built in HO scale.
A list of our upcoming public exhibition dates and times is useful if you need more reasons to visit the Fairgrounds.
We've answered a few common questions we get asked about our hobby.

We are accepting new members!

If you're over the age of 12, grab a parent and come on down.
If you're over 18, you don't need a parent (or maybe you are one) but you can bring one anyway. All we require for membership is an interest in the hobby and a willingness to participate; we can teach you anything you want to learn about the railroad modeling hobby. Dues are low; currently $24 a year.
